The Villas at Palmer

Site preparations are underway at the 809 Perry Street for The Villas at Palmer.  Check back for construction progress updates.  

Oxbow Development has partnered with Palmer College of Chiropractic to bring amenity rich apartments near campus.  The Villas at Palmer will be ready for students to move in Summer 2010.  Brand new, large floor plans and multi-layered security are a few of the features The Villas will offer.
