The Villas at Emporia

The Villas at Emporia is a brand new construction, student housing community coming to Emporia State University. 

This 194 bed, full service complex will be ready for students to move in Fall 2009.  The Villas contain amenities that cannot be found anywhere else in town.  Students will find large suites, private baths, an on-site fitness center, resort style swimming pool with spa, and high tech media center in a secure controlled access community.
