Crimson Villas at Rouse Crossing

Crimson Villas at Rouse Crossing is a luxury student housing community located off the campus of Pittsburg State University, Kansas, created by Oxbow Development Corporation. 

The original 258 bed development was constructed in 2008.  An additional 90 beds are currently under construction for Fall of 2009.  Oxbow Development maintains ownership of the project and continues to manage the student housing complex with a full service comprehensive resident life program complimenting the mission of the University.
